Ame Restaurant in San Francisco has issued a challenge:  Dine at Ame, order the 3-glass flight of wines, and if you correctly identify the varietals, the wine flight is free!  Running through the month of August.  Seems like a no-lose deal.  Great dinner, and free wine, assuming you’re as good as you think you are at wine tasting.  Have fun!
